Developing a single codebase that serves multiple countries with varying currencies, localizations, and business rules was highly complex. The app also needed to engage traditional retailers with modern gamification features while remaining accessible and performant on lower-end Android devices.

The Solution

We adopted a highly modular React Native architecture, leveraging Redux Thunk for complex asynchronous state flows and multi-region configurations. We built custom, optimized animations for gamified elements (like 'Spin the Wheel') and implemented rigorous testing standards to ensure stability across diverse device ecosystems.
